“3 years ago we decided to replace the gas boiler in our family house with a heat pump and we approached the 5 best-known manufacturers. Shortly afterwards, on the basis of the offer, we were visited by Mr Noga, who on site designed a quality solution for the existing situation, including photovoltaic panels on the roof. The installation of the PV system went without problems, to a high standard and fairly quickly, as did the commissioning of the heat pump, for which we waited more than a year due to global problems. After more than a year of operating the heat pump and the PV system, we are satisfied with the equipment. Communication and the resolution of problems that arose with the company's employees were trouble-free (when they could not be reached on the mobile, email worked). “When considering how to increase the efficiency of heating and hot water preparation for our block of flats, we wanted heat pumps that would be connected to a photovoltaic power plant. Our requirement was met by the company N2N,s.r.o. from Žilina, which designed 4 monoblock heat pumps placed on the flat roof of our block of flats. Photovoltaic panels, to which the heat pumps are connected, are also placed on the roof. The company's staff very efficiently solved the connection of the pipework from the heat pumps to the water storage tanks located in the plant room in the basement. Together with the heat pumps, the contractor supplies an intelligent measurement and control unit that controls the hot water heating, space heating and switching when the high tariff applies in the electricity grid, as well as other functions. For heating we do not follow the regulation according to which heating starts when the average outdoor temperature over 2 days drops below 13 °C. Our heat pumps start heating when the actual outdoor temperature drops below 17 °C. This has increased our heating comfort in autumn and spring, when during the day the outdoor temperature may be more than 17°C, but in the evening, at night and in the morning the actual temperature is lower than 17°C. We are satisfied with the supply of the heat pumps and the PV system, and we recommend other blocks of flats to ask N2N for an offer.”
